4月18日，奥的斯全球总裁朱蒂 (Judy Marks) 女士到访天津泰达基地，开启了本周访华行程中的重要一环。朱蒂总裁首先参观了泰达工厂，随后在员工大会上发表演讲，并与员工热烈互动，最后还为成绩突出的团队颁奖。

在当前竞争如此激烈的市场环境下，奥的斯中国的业务发展取得了优异的成绩。本季度伊始，中奥集团就拿下一系列重量级业务，包括与上海地产的战略合作、恒大成都天府半岛项目等等。服务是我们客户价值的重要组成部分，我非常高兴看到中奥集团的服务业务和产品线实现了强劲增长。随着我们服务数字化战略的进一步实施，iPhone和奥的斯服务应用程序等数字化工具的运用还将继续加速服务业务的成长。

随后，朱蒂总裁前往天津周大福金融中心的施工现场，看望在现场作业的中奥集团员工。奥的斯正在为周大福金融中心安装包括SkyRise®高速梯在内的超过一百部电扶梯。周大福金融中心建筑高度达530米，完工后将成为天津滨海新区的地标性建筑。

奥的斯员工和分包商员工都是奥的斯大家庭的成员，生命安全是我们电梯行业的第一要务。公司希望每一位在现场作业的同事都能履行承诺，不仅要保障乘客的安全，更要确保自己每天都能平平安安回家。

Otis President Judy Marks Visits China again
Otis President Judy Marks visited TEDA Center in Tianjin yesterday as one of the highlights of her trip to China this week. She toured the TEDA manufacturing site, meeting and interacting with employees at a town hall meeting, and presented awards to outstanding teams and individuals.
TEDA is Otis’ first green factory worldwide. Judy Marks was deeply impressed by the initiatives and achievements of TEDA factory. During the town hall meeting, Judy Marks said, “The China team has done a good job managing business in very competitive environment. The quarter started strong with OCL securing a number of major contracts such as Shanghai Land framework agreement, together with Evergrande Chengdu Tianfu Peninsula project. Service is important part of our customer value proposition. I am glad to see strong growth momentum in OCL service sales and portfolio. Service digitization deployment with iPhones and Otis Service Apps will help accelerate our service business growth.”
Judy Marks also visited OCL field employees at the Chow Tai Fook Center construction site. They are installing more than 100 elevators and escalators, including Otis SkyRise®, at the Center, which will rise 530 meters as a new landmark of Tianjin Binhai New Area.
“Otis employees and sub-contractors are all part of Otis family. We are in a life-safety business and committed to a fatality-free environment. The company counts on the commitment and focus of all field employees to ensure not only the safety of passengers but also themselves to return home safe every day,” Judy Marks said.
